Irene C. (Dermo) Peacock

73, of Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 peacefully at home.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Mario and Antoinette (Iacobucci) Dermo.  Irene was successful in real estate for many years, before retiring.  She enjoyed nothing more than traveling to her grandchildren’s many sporting events around New England.  Irene was an avid New England Patriots fan.

She is survived by her loving son David Peacock and his wife Patricia of Warwick.  Irene was the cherished grandmother of Christina, Nicole and Matthew.  She was the sister of the late Diana Florio.  Irene was also the sister-in-law of James Florio.

Funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin’s Church, Sandy Lane, Warwick at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-8:00 p.m.
