Irving E. Kent

Irving E. Kent, 80, of Cranston passed away on Saturday January 20, 2024. Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Everett and Marguerite (Paulsen) Kent. He was the husband of 55 years to Judith (Anderton) Kent.

Irving proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War from 1965-1970. He was an appliance repair man for many years for the Sears Company. He enjoyed camping with his family, and in his free time would build model airplanes and liked to work on cars.

Besides his wife Irving is survived by two daughters Jessica (Kent) Laprise of CT and Joanna (Kent) Shaw of SC, 5 Grandchildren Andrew, Isabella, Ethan, Yvette, and Trenton, and two Great Grandchildren Evarie and Azriel.

Services will be private.
