J. Michael Dunne, Jr.

75, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016.  He was the beloved husband of Inez (O’Neil) Dunne.  Born in Hartford, CT, he was a son of the late John Michael and M. Lucy (Donovan) Dunne.

He loved life which he enjoyed with family and friends in his neighborhood, at Quidnessett Country Club and at the hockey rink.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children and grandchildren, Laura Dunne Carlisle and her husband Scott of Cranston and their children Spencer, Lucy, Leah; Leslie Dunne Renzi and her husband Jude of Watertown, NY and their children Jake, Jude, Samia; J. Michael Dunne, III and his wife Dr. Elisabeth of Bedford, NH and their son Duncan; Matt Dunne and his wife Semia of Cranston and their son Luke.  He is also survived by his brother Brian Dunne of Wellfleet, MA.  He was brother of the late Susan Gladding and her late husband Dan and the late Richard Dunne.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Paul’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will be private.  VISITING HOURS are Sunday from 3 - 7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
