Jackie (Carril) Riccitelli

95, of North Smithfield, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Riccitelli. Born in New York, NY she was a daughter of the late Celso and Maria Carril. Jackie was a US Marine Corps veteran serving during WW II. She was a communicant and choir member at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Jackie volunteered as an usher at PPAC and the RI Veterans Auditorium. She was an avid golfer and a former 4H Club leader.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Carol Ventura and her husband Anthony of North Smithfield, and Janice Shipman and her husband Len of North Smithfield and Vero Beach, FL. Jackie was the cherished grandmother of Jennifer L. Rairigh of Williamsburg, VA, Kristopher J. Ventura of Palmer, MA, and Trisha A. Ventura of Washington, DC, and the great-grandfather of Stephen, Johnathan, Hannah, and Ean. She was the sister of Tina Husty of Syosset, NY and Barefoot Bay, FL, and the late Henry Carril and Margaret Lee.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
