James Anthony Costello

80, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Orchard View Manor, Riverside. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late James Andrew Costello and Madeline (Maloney) Costello.

Mr. Costello was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked at EG&G Sealol in Warwick for many years until his retirement. He was a long-time resident of Cranston before moving to Richmond, VA, where he resided for the last 15 years with his companion, the late Sharon Fusco.

James is survived by his three loving daughters, Catherine Costello of West Warwick, Mary Medina and husband George of Warwick, Madelynn Butler and husband William of Foster. He was the cherished grandfather of William D. Butler III and Robert A. Butler both of Foster. He also leaves his former wife Gladys Costello of Cranston. He was predeceased by his brothers John Costello and Dennis Costello. His funeral will be private.
