James Gordon Wallace, "Gordie", of South Kingstown, RI, died unexpectedly August 21, 2014 at age 59. He was the son of Agnes E. Wallace and James K. Wallace. He attended Pilgrim High School, URI, and Northeastern University. He was a dedicated and competent Physician Assistant in Cardiac Surgery for the past 32 years at Miriam Hospital, which merged with Lifespan. Gordon played hockey, enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and loved fishing, especially for Tuna. He leaves behind two sisters; Jean K. Andrew and Janet A. Hargreaves, four children; Kathryn R. Wallace (Kate), Margaret G. Wallace (Maggie), Sage L. Wallace, and Liam G. Wallace, two grandchildren; Kaylie A. and Cameron L. Cowman, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held in the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, (Rt.1A) Narragansett on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
