Jean E. Golini

85, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022.  Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Angelina (Sousa) Golini.

Jean was the loving sister of Lenora Grande and her late husband Americo of Cranston, and the late Antonio D’Antuono; cherished aunt of Anthony and Kathleen D’Antuono, and the late Ronald D’Antuono.

Jean worked as a switch board operator for the Cranston Police Department for many years.  She enjoyed reading and spending time with family and friends.  She was a kind and charitable person who had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her rescue cat, Tutti.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew’s Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Cranston Animal Shelter, 920 Phenix Ave., Cranston, RI 02921.
