Jean B. (Barbato) Pitocchelli

83, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence.  She was the beloved wife of John Pitocchelli of Cranston.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Angelina (Cambio) Barbato.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving daughter, Gayle Pezza and her husband David of Coventry; cherished grandchildren David Pezza of Florida, Ashley Pezza of Coventry and the late Jessica Pezza; dear siblings Vilma DiCola of Lincoln, Deanne Payette of Scituate, Camille Numrich of Cranston and Maryanne Phelps of Virginia.  She was sister of the late Paula Parsons.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Entombment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston.  Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
