Jeremiah M. Perkins-Hagen

40, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. He was the beloved husband of David Perkins-Hagen. Born in Hartford, CT., he was the son of Monica (Banks) Jones and the late George Sermon. He was the loving stepson of Robert R. Jones. Jeremiah was the cherished brother of Georgica Sermon, Shamikka Sermon, Abraham Perkins, Joe Perkins, Amanda Jones, Stephanie Jones, Melanie Mimandi, Chelsea Jones, Thomas Jones, Gabrielle Jones and Jennifer Pacheco.

Jeremiah’s funeral services are respectfully private.
