39, of Cranston, passed away at home on Monday, June 18, 2018. Born in Providence, he was a son of Carol Fox of Cranston and Alan Gravell and his partner Wayne Allison of Cranston. Jeremy was a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School in 1996. He then worked as a manager for several group homes throughout the State of RI, helping adults with developmental disabilities. He was passionate about his work because of his kindness and compassion for people.
Jeremy was a talented guitarist, playing in a number of bands throughout his life. He was also an avid gamer, skateboarder and a lover of extreme sports. He overcame many trials and tribulations in his life, but that never affected his witty charm and wonderful sense of humor. He had a strong impact on everyone he met and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving siblings, Amy Gravell and her partner Benjamin Standridge of Providence, Caitlin Gravell of Cranston and Evan Gravell and his fiancée Helen Brennan of Cranston; dear nieces and nephews, Owen Gropper, Cordelia Gravell and Evelyn Gravell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 11:30am in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
