JOHN Z. DANIELS
John was affiliated with his family business, the former Z. Daniels Company on Cranston St., Providence for many years before retiring. He graduated from Bryant College and was a WW-II U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church and served on its Parish Council; member and Past President of the Providence Central Lions Club; Past Master of Warwick Lodge #16, a member of Scottish Rite Valley of Providence, St. John's Commandery #1 Knights Templar and RI Shriner's.
Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of John Z. Daniels, Jr. of Bradenton, FL; loving grandfather of Amanda Daniels of FL; dear brother of Virginia Hanoian of East Providence and the late Malcolm L. Daniels; and loving uncle of Harry Hanoian of MA and Ronald Hanoian of CA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Interment with military honors will be at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, RI 02908.
