John "Giovanni" Dorazio

age 87 of Johnston, passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side on Friday, May 22, 2026 at Hope Health Hospice in Providence. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Louise (DiDonato) Dorazio. He was the cherished father of Dena Ann Dorazio of Johnston and dear brother of the late Richard Dorazio.

John was a member of Teamsters Local 251 and was a U.S. Army veteran.

Besides his daughter Dena, he was the loving uncle of Michael Dorazio of VA and dear companion of Joanne Rovedo of Woonsocket.

His funeral will be held on Friday, May 29th at 9:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence. Burial with military honors will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
