John Laurenzo

88, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Cedar Crest Nursing Home in Cranston. He was the husband of the late Dorothy E. (Rini) Laurenzo. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio and Teresa (Terenzi) Laurenzo. John was a toolmaker from the age of sixteen, until his retirement.

He is survived by his two sons; Anthony J. Laurenzo and his wife Alberta, and John L. Laurenzo, all of Johnston. John was the grandfather of two and great grandfather of four.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston at 11:00 a.m. Burial, with Military Honors, will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
