Jorge E. Chacon

29, of Providence passed away on Saturday November 6, 2021 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the fiancee’ of Rayna Sullivan and father of Amirah Chacon.

Born in Providence he was the son of Jorge Chacon and the late Joanne (Fraieli) Chacon. Jorge was a store manager for Gamestop.

He was the brother of Alexander Chacon, Rena Dugas, Jamie Dugas and grandson of Joanne Fraieli and the late Donald Fraieli.

His funeral will be held on Thursday November 11, 2021 at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Pius Church Providence at 10 am.

Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Thursday Morning from 8 am to 9 am.
