Joseph S. Badessa

Joseph S. Badessa, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2014, his 88th birthday. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Rosario and Dora (Nardolillo) Badessa. Mr. Badessa was the founder of Badessa's Auto Body Inc. of Providence. Joseph was a Marine veteran of WW-II and a member of the St. Mary's Feast Society of Cranston. He was the father of Robin Gatta and her husband Peter of Cranston, Cheryl Badessa of Warwick, Sandra Badessa of Cranston, Scott Badessa of Cranston and Stephen Badessa and his wife Joanne of Cranston. The love of his life and devoted mother of their five children, Aggie Torti of Cranston. Papa Joe to Stephanie, Scott and Nicholas. Brother of Marie Bossian and the late Antonetta Salvatore, Pauline Romano, John, Rosario "Roy" and Richard Badessa. The family accepts your thoughts and prayers and request visiting hours be respectfully omitted.
