Joseph Michael Grossi, Jr.

57, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, with his daughters by his side. The only son of the late Joseph M. Grossi, Sr and Edna M. (Nye) Grossi of Cranston, Joseph is survived by his mother Edna, his eldest daughter Melissa A. Barbato and her husband Donato C. Barbato of Ashaway, his youngest daughter Shannon L. Grossi of Woonsocket; his granddaughter Diane M. Barbato of Ashaway; and his two sisters Nancy J. Grossi of Los Angeles, CA and Cynthia A. Grossi of West Warwick.

An Electrician by profession, he was a member of The Local 99 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for many years. He also very much enjoyed his later work at Professional Security.

A private day of remembrance will be shared by Joseph's family and close friends.
