Joseph G. Petrangelo

74, of Warwick passed away Monday October 9, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Judith A. (Soscia) Petrangelo. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gabriel A. and Marie Ann (Campopiano) Petrangelo.

Joseph was a Heavy Equipment Operator for the City of Providence for many years before retiring. He was a US Army Vietnam veteran.

Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Judith Wright; and loving grandfather of the late Antoine Dowdy. He was the dear brother of Stephen Petrangelo and Lucienne Barlow.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew’s Church 305 Laurel Hill Providence Tuesday October 17, 2023 at 10 am. Burial with Military Honors will be private.

Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
