Throughout her career, Josephine made notable contributions to jewelry manufacturing, showcasing her skill and creativity. Additionally, she dedicated part of her life to working at Kent Hospital, where her compassion and commitment to helping others was evident.

Josephine possessed a sarcastically funny sense of humor that would light up any room she entered. Her ability to make others laugh was just one aspect of her vibrant personality, which endeared her to family, friends, and colleagues alike.

Among her many interests, Josephine enjoyed cooking, particularly the moments spent preparing Sunday dinners and celebrating holidays surrounded by her family. These gatherings were a testament to her love for her loved ones and her commitment to nurturing their bonds.

One of Josephine’s proudest accomplishments was her involvement in the foster grandparent program for the Warwick School Department, where she served as a tutor and mentor. This role allowed her to share her wisdom and guidance with the younger generation, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touched.

Josephine is survived by her loving sons, Maximillian Russo and his wife Antonietta Crispino of Cranston, Paul Russo and his wife Danette of Warwick; cherished grandchildren, Nickolas, Kevin, Dominique, Mark and Crystal; great-grandchildren Madison, Christopher and Claire.
