Joyce A. (Rapa) Bennett

82, of Dayville, CT. passed away on Saturday April 15, 2023 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, Ct surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of Gale Bennett.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giacomo “Albert” and Imperia (Pezzullo) Rapa.

Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of Joseph Bennett and his wife Estelle, Robert Bennett and his wife Holly, Phyllis Eck and her husband Barry and the late David Bennett; loving grandmother of nine and loving great-grandmother of six. She was the dear sister of Marie Albanese.

Her funeral will be held on Friday April 21, 2023 at 10:30 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostle’s Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Cranston at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours are FRIDAY MORNING from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
