Juanita L. David

86, of Cranston, passed away with her loving family by her side on Saturday, January 28, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Arturo M. David. Born on July 12, 1930, in Leyte, Philippines, she immigrated to Rhode Island with her family in 1980.

Juanita is survived by her 10 children:  Tess Penaflorida of Melbourne, FL; Linda Samontanes of San Francisco, CA; Alfredo David of Pacifica, CA; Nora Hebron of Cranston; Leopoldo David of Warwick;  Lita Columbres of Vallejo, CA; Flora Gutierrez of Warwick; Luis David of Manila, Philippines; Tony David of Providence; and Arturo David Jr of Bellingham, MA. In addition to her children, she leaves 28 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, February 3 at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in  St. Mary's Church in Cranston. Burial will take place in  St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be held on Wednesday and Thursday 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm.
