JULIA (TASHJIAN) MARTIN

of Garwaine Dr., Lincoln, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. Born in Worcester, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Arshalous (Karian) Tashjian.

Julia was a supply clerk for the U.S. Government at the V.A. Medical Center in Providence before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Cheryl D. DerHagopian and her husband Peter of Lincoln; loving grandmother of Natalie and Peter; dear sister of the late Harry Tashjian and Mary Avedisian; and loving aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, followed by interment at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.

Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
