Lawrence Di Chiaro

103, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 4, 2017 at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret M. (Konze) DiChiaro. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Domenico and Elizabeth (Bianco) DiChiaro. Lawrence was a master plumber at Central Plumbing Company for thirty years before his retirement.

He is survived by his loving children, Ann Maglio of Warwick, Linda Ravita of Naples, FL, Lawrence DiChiaro of Cranston, Richard DiChiaro of Fleming Island, FL, and Dennis DiChiaro of Johnston. He was the cherished grandfather of ten, the great-grandfather of eleven, and the great- great-grandfather of two. Lawrence was the brother of Antonette Verlardi of North Providence and the late Christy, Joseph, and Carmine DiChiaro, and Santa Caliri.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston.  Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. VISITING HOURS Thursday morning 8-9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Save the Bay, 100 Save the Bay Drive, Providence, RI 02905.
