Leona L. (Palombo) Ruggieri

88, of Cranston, passed away December 30, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony (Jiggs) J. Ruggieri for 66 years. She was the devoted daughter of the late Anthony & Santa (Palumbo) Palombo.

Mrs. Ruggieri was the loving mother of Thomas Ruggieri, Brad & Jessica Ruggieri, Linda Ruggieri Carbone, Susan & Stephen Marandola, and the late William Ruggieri. She was the cherished grandmother of Jaclyn Augustine, Anthony Carbone and Stephen Marandola Jr., and was the proud great grandmother of James Augustine.

She leaves her dear brother James Palombo and his wife Beverly and was also a loving sister to the late Anthony, Joseph, and Fred Palombo. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and other special family & friends whom she adored.

Mrs. Ruggieri was known for her life-long dedication to her parents, husband, children, grandchildren, and everyone she held dear, and will be greatly missed.
