Leonard F. "Lenny" D'Errico, Ret., CPD

72, of Cranston, passed away on December 24, 2018 at Kent County Hospital in Warwick.  He was the beloved husband of the late of Dianne L. (Lombardo) D’Errico.  Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Jennie (Calitri) D’Errico.  Leonard is a Retired Cranston Police Officer and also worked for the Cranston Public Schools Athletic Department.

He is survived by his loving children, Dawn Piechocki and her husband John of Warwick, and Derek D’Errico and his wife Jill of Harrisville.  He was the brother of Sandra Garganese and the late Edward J. D’Errico.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston St., Cranston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS will be Sunday 3-6 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Cranston Public Schools, ATTN: Joe Balducci for the Athletic Fund, 845 Park Ave., Cranston, RI 02921.
