77, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at West Shore Health Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Guglielmo, Sr. Born in Providence, and raised in Johnston she was the daughter of the late Ligian B. Russo, Sr. and Dorothy (Spiridigliozzi) Russo.
A sharp and talented bookkeeper, Linda’s career spanned many years, where she worked for both AT Siravo and AJ Martin in the same building in Warwick RI. Driven by a deep passion for helping and serving others, she later became the co-owner of Meatball Mike’s on Cranston St in Knightsville. She took immense pride in taking on the daily rewards and responsibilities of this challenging family business, playing a pivotal role in the restaurant's success and personally developing many of the original recipes that brought families and friends together.
Linda found her greatest peace in the simple passions of life. She was an avid gardener who spent countless hours tending to her vibrant flower and plant gardens, finding beauty in the bloom of every season. For 17 years, she and Michael called Leesburg, Florida home. Following his passing, Linda returned to Rhode Island to be closer to those she held dear. She was filled with immense strength and devotion, especially as a dedicated caregiver to her husband for many years. In her own later years, she valiantly fought her dementia diagnosis with the same grace and resilience she always showed throughout her life.
She is survived by her devoted children, Gregory Guglielmo and his wife Sheryl of Cranston, and Raymond Guglielmo and his wife Christine of Johnston. She was the loving stepmother of Deborah Campagnone and her husband John of Cranston, Michelle DiMaio and her husband Frank of Bluffton, S.C., and Michael Guglielmo, Jr. and his wife Deana of Cranston.
As a proud grandmother, she adored her grandchildren, Gianni, Jovanna, Gabriella, and Charlee Guglielmo. She also leaves behind her cherished step-grandchildren, Alysha, Aindrea, and Alana.
Linda is survived by her siblings: Deborah Guglielmo of Cranston, Richard Russo and his wife Jane of Cranston, Paul Russo and his wife Cheryl of Warwick, and Toni Russo and her wife Lisa of Johnston. She was predeceased by her brother, Ligian Russo, Jr. Linda was also an immensely proud aunt to her many nieces and nephews, whose lives and accomplishments she celebrated deeply.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd, at 10:00 am from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 11:00 am.
