Linda A. (Ferriera) Underhill

62, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Kent Hospital, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of thirty-two years to Charles R. Underhill. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ida (Farnesi) Ferriera. Linda was an educator at New England Technical Institute in Warwick for ten years, prior to being disabled. She was a communicant and catechist instructor at Our Lady of Mercy Church in East Greenwich. Linda was also a CPR instructor at CCRI.

Besides her husband she is survived by her loving children, Timothy C. Underhill of Johnston and her twin daughters Meaghan C. Underhill of Narragansett and Jennifer M. Underhill of Boston, MA.  Linda was the cherished grandmother of Olivia Lynne and Stella Josephine Underhill.

A Memorial Mass to celebrate Linda's life will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mercy Parish, Fourth Avenue, East Greenwich, Rhode Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kent Hospital Intensive Care Unit ( https://foundation.kentri.org .) for their great care in treating Linda.
