Loreta (Finamore) Sabatini

89, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, at Cedar Crest Nursing Home, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Marco Sabatini. Born in Villa Santa Maria, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Marianna (Maiocco) Finamore. Mrs. Sabatini was a seamstress for Robert Manufacturing Company for many years. She was a member of the ILGWU and she also belonged to St. Benedict Daughters of Isabella.  Loreta also worked for Edgewood Laundry in Cranston.

Loreta is survived by her loving son, Marco V. Sabatini and his wife Anne of Cranston. She was the mother of the late John M. Sabatini and is also survived by her brother Lorenzo Finamore of Cranston.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
