78, of Boca Raton Florida and Johnston passed away Tuesday April 12, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Beverly (Ventriglia) Cascella. Born in Providence he was the son of the late Antonio and Patrina (Simone) Cascella.
Mr. Cascella was the owner of the Token Creations of Cranston for many years until his retirement, and was previously the owner of the Global Plating of Providence. Lou had two loves in life, his loving family who was so important to him and his second home, the Alpine Country Club. He was a longtime member of the club and spent countless hours golfing, practicing and socializing there. He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War.
Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Kenneth Cascella and his wife Carla of Johnston, and the late Anthony Cascella. He was the dedicated grandfather of Anthony, Kristen, Louis and Danielle Cascella and brother of Raymond Cascella of North Providence.
His funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:45am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Church , Cranston at 10am. Burial, with military honors, will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8pm.
