left this world Friday, February 17, 2023, surrounded by his family at home. He did it “his way.” He is survived by those who could last long enough to get to the end of one of his inappropriate jokes. He will now join the love of his life Rebecca Mosca who has been waiting for the “handsome bastard.” He was the son of the late Frank Mosca and Madeline Lena Mosca and brother of late Frank Mosca Jr. Figuring out life without his wisdom, guidance, and brilliant advice is his son Louis Mosca Jr. and his wife Dr. Michelle Bento Mosca and daughter Mindy Mosca and her husband Paul Iannotti. His grandchildren Alexia Mosca, and her future husband Kyle Farley, Victoria Mosca, Hunter Iannotti and Noah Grebstein.
He owned and operated Bekkah Jewelry and Mama’s Kitchen before retiring to be a full time, Papa. He had a passion for music, cooking and gardening. He was everyone’s Papa and stole the heart of anyone he met. He was stoic, strong, and brave, proving so by jumping out of a plane at 75 because he could. Our family, friends, and anyone who was blessed to call him Papa will feel the great loss of such an amazing, understated legend.
Please join us in his honor by attending his VISITING HOURS, which will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday, February 23rd from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
