Louis A. Pastina, Sr
90, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Kent Hospital. He was the husband of the late Anna (Tartaglia) Pastina. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph and Carmela (D'Agostino) Pastina. Louis was employed as a burner for the Electric Boat Company for 30 years before his retirement.
Louis is survived by his loving children, Louis Pastina, Jr. and his wife Kristine of Greenville, NY, David Pastina and his wife Kimberley of Cranston, and Dennis Pastina and his wife Janice of Johnston; dear siblings, Joseph Pastina of Providence, and the late Louise Corio, Angelina Penta, Lara Barbarino, Armando Pastine, and John Pastina; six cherished grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, on Thursday at 10:00 am. Burial with military honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will precede the service from 9:00-10:00 am.
