Louis A. Valentino

85, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 13, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. (Riley) Valentino. Born in Cambridge, MA he was the son the of the late Vincent and Eva (Lepore) Valentino.

Louis was a US Marine Corps veteran serving during the Korean War. He then went on to work as a salesman for Tasca Automotive Group for sixty years, where he was affectionately known as “Lou Val the consumers’ pal”. He was also an avid fisherman.

Besides his wife Kathleen, he is survived by his loving children, Lisa L. Valentino of Warren, and Louis A. Valentino, Jr. and his wife Heather of Wake Forest, NC; cherished grandsons, Michael and Robert Valentino; dear sister Carole D’Ambrosio of Melbourne, FL.

His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory- SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt. 1A) Narragansett, on Thursday at 6:00 pm. VISITING HOURS will precede the service from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Burial will be private.
