Luca Gregory Simeone

Of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Women & Infants Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved son of Andrea (Medeiros) Simeone and Joseph Simeone of Cranston.

Besides his parents, he leaves his maternal grandparents Dale and Gregory Medeiros, paternal grandparents Ann Marie and Joseph Simeone; aunts and uncles Tara Medeiros and her husband Thomas Breyer and their children Zoey and Lucy Breyer, Jessica Medeiros, Bianca Simeone and her fiancé Paul Jackson, Anthony Simeone and his girlfriend Brittany Degrooth. He also leaves his fur sister Ophelia Simeone.

His Funeral Service will be private.
