93, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Bucci. Lucy was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leonardo and Gabriela (Fabio) Casacalenda. Mrs. Bucci was a supervisor at Sardelli Jewelry Company for many years until her retirement. Lucy's passion was baking and cooking for her family and friends especially on Christmas Eve when she prepared the Feast of the Seven Fishes. She was known for her famous potato chip cookies. Lucy and her husband were devout Catholics and attended Mass daily at St. Bartholomew's Church. John was not only her life-long partner, he was her whole world. She is survived by her loving children, John A. Bucci, Lucille Campbell and Anthony L. Bucci. She was the also the grandmother of 5, great grandmother of 3 and sister of the late Angelina Soscia, Philip, Joseph, Daniel, Leonard, Louis and Anthony Casacalenda. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon in St. Bartholomew's Church, Providence. Entombment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Thursday morning 10-11 am.
