LUCIA "LUCY" (COPPA) CALIRI
89, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Cedar Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio "Tony" Caliri. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Ascenzina (Iannuccilli) Coppa. Lucy was a supervisor for the former New England Telephone Company for fifteen years before retiring in 1958.
She is survived by her loving children, Frances (Caliri) Grice and her husband Jeffrey of Coventry, and Guy-Michael Caliri of Cranston. She was the cherished grandmother of Cheyenne Grice, Toni-Ann, and Allia Caliri. Lucy was predeceased by all her siblings.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8 p.m. Kindly omit flowers.
