Lucia Cappelletti

84, of New York, NY, passed away at her home on Monday, August 28, 2017. Born in San Marco la Catola (Foggia), Italy, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Antonietta (Cicchetti) Cappelletti.

Lucia was a soprano opera singer, serving in multiple choirs both in Rhode Island and New York. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her dear brother Salvatore Cappalletti of Johnston, and her late brothers Raffaele and Vincenzo Cappalletti.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, September 5th, at 10:00 am in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
