Lucia "Lucy" (Capobianco) Corsetti

95, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Luigi R. Corsetti. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Angelina (Saurino) Capobianco.

Lucia was a crossing guard for the City of Cranston before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Ann S. Nurdin, Angela F. McFadden (David), and Lucia M. Corsetti, all of Cranston; cherished grandmother of Kristen Nurdin, Matthew McFadden and Marissa Nurdin; and dear sister of Susan Lombardi of Johnston and the late Louis Capobianco and Michael Capobianco.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 28th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Laurel Hill Ave., Providence at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
