Lucy (DelGuidice) Russo

94, of North Providence, passed away on Monday November 9, 2015 at Golden Crest Nursing Home, North Providence. She was the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Pasco "Pat" Russo. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Diamantina (Simonelli) DelGuidice.
She was the beloved mother of Marie Hewitt of Cumberland, Diana Troiani and her husband Gary of North Providence, Linda DiMascio and her husband Frank of Johnston, Kathleen Hassell; and her husband Walter of Cranston; loving grandmother of Michael Hewitt, Cristopher Troiani and his wife Jill, Kimberly Cardoso, Walter Hassell and Corey Hassell and loving great-grandmother of Isabella and Mason Cardoso, Lauren and Olivia Troiani. She was the dear sister of Gloria Sousa of Florida and the late Evelyn Renzi, Marion Volatile, Angie Cardarelli, Angelo DelGuidice, Claire DelGuidice, Helen Macari, Josephine Colapietro and Ferdinand DelGuidice.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a committal service at Highland Memorial Park in Johnston.
