Mary worked in the jewelry industry for many years and was also a former hairdresser.
She was the dear sister of the late Marianne DeSimone; loving aunt of Angela Papa of Cranston, Elaine Turner of Warwick and Florida and Stephanie Silvia of Texas; and loving great-aunt of Patricia M. Cicione of North Kingstown, Stephen J. Smith of Greenville and Ava J. Pappas of Warwick. She is also survived by seven other great-nieces and nephews, fourteen great-great nieces and nephews and four great great-great nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
VISITING HOURS SUNDAY 4-8 p.m.
