Maria C. (Moracci) Conti

94, of Atwood Ave., Johnston, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Morgan Health Center in Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Conti. Born in Pico, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Antonino and Anita (Lombardi) Moracci.

Maria worked at Providence Cheese Company for many years before retiring.

She was the loving and devoted mother of Erasmo Conti and his wife Lucia, Rosanna Simeone and her husband Domenico, Patrizia Conti Wheatley and her husband Wayne; cherished grandmother of Enzo Conti and his wife Marissa, Cinzia Travisono and her husband Bobby, Claudio Simeone and his wife Monica and the late Sabrina Conti; loving great-grandmother of Chiara, Cristiano, Lorenzo, Luca, Liliana and Mason. She leaves behind her dear sisters Giselda Capenti, Annunziata Milani, brother Ottavio Moracci and the late Maria Gianni and Nazzareno Moracci.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, January 19th at 9:45 a.m., from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Monday Morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10a.m.
