Maria Dias
of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Sara (Cotoia) Dias of Cranston and the late Joseph R. Dias.
Maria was a successful realtor for over 25 years and is co-owner of the Dias Team of Keller Williams Realty. She was a graduate of Cranston High School East and the Arthur Angelo School of Cosmetology.
Maria loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed cooking and getaways at the family home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Maria was a deeply caring person to her family and friends and was always there for them to show her love and support. Everyone who had the good fortune of knowing Maria will miss her infectious smile, her warm hugs and her ability to see the best in all of us.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her son, Raymond Bagley of Cranston; her sisters, Nancy Dias and Jeannine Dias both of Cranston, her brothers, Joseph Dias, Jr. and his wife Lori of Cranston and Donald Dias and his wife Carolyn of North Scituate. She is also survived by her three nephews, Joseph Dias of Cranston and John and Donald Dias of North Scituate.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
