Maria (Patrizio) Forte

79, of North Scituate, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of fifty-four years to Vittorio "Victor" Forte. Born in Fondi, Italy she was the daughter of the late Raffaele and Filomena (Guglietti) Patrizio. Maria was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, North Scituate. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Besides her husband she is survived by her loving children, Joanne Lancellotti and her husband David of Scituate, Mark A. Forte and his wife Ann of Smithfield, Alicia Saccoccio and her husband Vincent of Foster, and Victor D. Forte of Dayville, CT. Maria was the cherished grandmother of Mark Forte, Talia and David Lancellotti, and Alex and Zachary Saccoccio. She was the sister of Andrea Patrizio of Cranston and Antonio Patrizio of Yorba Linda, CA. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Danielson Pike, corner of Route 116, North Scituate. Entombment will be private.
