Maria Civita (Spatola) Maccarone

75, of Johnston, passed away on Tuesday March 29, 2016 at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Angelo Maccarone. Born in Sant'Ambrogio, Italy she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Francesca (Galasso) Spatola.
Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of Donna M. Seabury and her husband David of North Kingstown, Joseph A. Maccarone and his wife Kristen of Richmond, Virginia and Steven Maccarone and his wife Jodie of Glocester; loving Nana of Deidre, Nadia, Alex, Nicholas and Logan; dear sister of Salvatore Spatola of Cranston, Biagina Cirelli of Providence and the late Lino Spatola.
She was the dear sister-in-law of Elaine Spatola.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Ave. Johnston at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
