Marie J. 'Joan' (Perras) Ciccarelli

92, of Wakefield, formerly of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Westerly Health Center, Westerly. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Ciccarelli. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George and Victoria (LaBelle) Perras. Joan was a printer at the former General Electric Plant in Warwick for twenty years before her retirement. She was a true homemaker. Joan enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving children, Frances D'Amato and her husband Thomas of Wakefield and William Ciccarelli and his wife Patricia of Cranston. Joan was the cherished grandmother of Christine Marie Gage, Dr. Frank D'Amato, Roxanne Marie Gustafson, Heather Ann Ciccarelli, and the great-grandmother of John Thomas Gage, Frank D'Amato, Jr., Matthew Ryan Gage, and Christian Richards. She was the sister of the late Rev. William C. Perras, Raymond and Leo Perras, Yvonne Fortune, and Rita Jackowitz. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston.
