Marie S. (Satchaklian) Dermooshegian

77, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 49 years of the late Sarkis Dermooshegian who passed away on February 28th. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Sarkis and Elmast (Basmajian) Satchaklian. Marie was the devoted mother of James S. Dermooshegian of Whitinsville, MA and Elsa R. Iannacci and her husband David of Johnston; loving grandmother of Ashley, Jared and Ava; dear sister of Azadouhie Kassabian and her husband Kevork of Van Nuys, CA and the late Khosrof and Vartouhie Satchaklian; and loving aunt of Berj, Hagop and Irma Kassabian. Her Funeral Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Tuesday, August 25th at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence. Burial at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Sts.
