Marie C. (Ciccone) Russo

93, headed home to her Lord on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 9:20 p.m. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael F. Russo, Jr. Born in Providence,she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie (Zompa) Ciccone. As a Johnson & Wales and Bryant & Stratton College Graduate, she spent many years in the role of Legal Executive Secretary for William Grande, Esq., the Honorable Judge Corinne Grande, Esq., and Assistant Attorney General John Gazzero, Esq. Marie loved her church and was an active member and always donating her spare time to help others and praying. She will be sadly missed by all.

Marie was the beloved mother of two sons,, Michael F. Russo and his wife Tricia of Ocala, FL and Artie J. Russo and his wife Marie of Cranston. She was the cherished grandmother of Brenna Russo of Johnston, John Russo of Cumberland, Michael Russo and his wife Megan of Jacksonville, FL and Samantha Russo of Ocala, FL and Ben Viti and his wife Alex of Hope, and the great-grandmother of Julianna, Jake, Benjamin and one more on the way.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Monday morning 8:00-10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, St. Jude Children’s  Research Hospital, P.O.
