Marie A. (LaPolla) Schiavulli

83, of Cranston, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Cra-Mar Meadows, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Gustave Schiavulli. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Constance (DelSignore) LaPolla. Marie lived a life marked by warmth, kindness, and a joyful spirit.

Marie was an avid bingo player and enjoyed watching her favorite soap operas, a big fan of Betty Boop. Marie cherished time spent with her family, creating lasting memories filled with warmth and affection. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, always making sure to nurture her relationships and offer her love and support. Her family was the cornerstone of her life.

Marie is survived by her loving children, Lori Pratt and her husband Raymond, Robin Schiavulli, Joseph Schiavulli, and Marc Schiavulli all of Cranston. She was the cherished grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of six with one on the way. She was the sister of Michael LaPolla, and the late Frank, John, and Angela LaPolla. She also leaves her dear cousin Kitty Pimental behind who was like a sister to her.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, November 10th, at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
