Marion Elizabeth (Runyon) Burdick
94, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Morgan Health Center, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of Herbert Burdick. Born in Newark, New Jersey, a daughter of the late John and Maude Runyon. Mrs. Burdick loved spending time during the summer on Hog Island.
Marion is survived by her loving daughter Barbara Strain and her husband Charles of Warwick, grandmother of Jennifer Ray, great-grandmother of Alexander and Emily Ray. She was also a sister of the late Barbara Runyon.
Her funeral will be held on Friday at 12:00 p.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a committal service and burial at 12:30 p.m. in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Friday from 10:00-12:00 p.m.
