51, of Cranston passed away on April 25, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital. Mark is survived by his loving parents, Jack and Elaine (Saccoccia) Capuano of Cranston, RI, his beloved children Jaden Capuano and Kylie Capuano and mother of his children, Michelle Capuano of Cranston, RI. Mark was a devoted brother to Jack Capuano, Jr., and his wife Donna of Bangor, ME, his brother David Capuano and his wife Lori of Cranston, RI, and his sister Christine (Capuano) Cambio of Cranston, RI. Mark was a proud uncle to Carissa Cambio, Max Mackay, Brittni Ruggieri, Adriana Nemec, Anthony Capuano, Christopher Cambio, Jr., Mia Cambio, Jaclyn Capuano, Wade Richard, Vera Richard and a proud great-uncle to Tate Nemec, Ledger Mackay, and Nicholas Ruggieri, Jr., many more dear friends and relatives, including uncles, aunts, his beloved cousins, and his loyal dogs Rosie and Daisy.

Mark’s Catholic faith was very important to him. He was a parishioner of St. Mark’s Church in Cranston, RI, and a member of Knights of Columbus for many years. Mark was an accomplished athlete. He played hockey for Mount Saint Charles Academy; The Governor's Academy and he played in the NCAA III at Babson College. In his college years he pursued boxing as one of his favorite hobbies. Mark graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance. Mark owned a successful mortgage company for several years in addition to other successful careers in finance. In business and life, Mark always had people’s best interest at heart. Mark made everyone feel at ease and loved because of his infectious smile, optimism, and kind words. His compassion, loyalty, dedication, and patience were recognized by everyone who had the honor of knowing him. Mark was a devoted and caring person to his family and friends, and he went out of his way to help people, including strangers.

His greatest accomplishments were his children, Jaden and Kylie, whom he put above all and loved dearly. Mark was an amazing role model for his children, as he treated all with the utmost respect and generosity. He always showed up for his children through his affection and unconditional love. Mark took the most pride in spending quality time with his children, including going on runs with his daughter Kylie, coaching and watching basketball games with his son Jaden and he loved sunny day trips to Jamestown with his daughter and their dog Rosie. Mark always enjoyed playing golf with his father and playing hockey with his brothers and cousins. He loved Friday night dinner with the guys and fishing and hunting with his father-in-law Wade. Mark led his life with faith and treasured his daily morning prayers. Most of all, Mark cherished a Sunday family dinner at his parents’ house filled with family, love and his mother’s cooking.

His Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at 10 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church, Cranston. Burial at St. Ann Cemetery will be private and visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
