Mary (Diogenes) Cabral
88, passed away peacefully on December 13th at the Scallop Shell Nursing Home in Wakefield. She was the wife of the late, Louis Cabral and a former resident of N. Dartmouth, MA and Apopka, FL. Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Lillian Diogenes.
Mary was the mother of Tom Cabral and his wife Gerri of Wakefield, and Lorrie Cabral of FL. She was the loving grandmother of Jenn Cabral and Toby Cabral and his wife Vicki and great-grandmother to Mekhi Soares. She is survived by a brother, Manuel Diogenes and his wife Madeleine of Tiverton. She was also the sister of the late Louis Diogenes.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 12:00 noon in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt.1A), Narragansett. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Scallop Shell Residence Activities Fund, 981 Kingstown Rd., Wakefield, R.I. 02879.
