Mary-Ellen (Maggs) Burdick

59, of Charlestown passed away suddenly at her home on September 19, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of David A. Burdick.

Born in Westerly, she was a daughter of the late Rose I. (Briggs) Maggs.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Mary-Ellen cherished baking and celebrating Christmas with her family.

Besides her husband, she leaves her two children, Jeffrey Eden and Ashley Clerrico; her sister, Roz Sanders; and her granddaughter Scarlet Clerrico.  She was the grandmother of the late Odin Clerrico.

Her funeral and burial will be private in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
